On April 16, 2025, at the Entrepreneur’s Desk, the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF SC) conducted an individual needs assessment for women working in the agribusiness sector.
This initiative is being implemented in partnership with ITC SheTrades under the Value Added Initiative to Boost Employment (VIBE) program. The assessment aims to identify specific challenges, skills gaps, and support needs of women agripreneurs to inform targeted interventions that enhance their productivity, competitiveness, and access to market opportunities.
Through this effort, PSF SC reaffirms its commitment to empowering women in agribusiness by delivering tailored support that fosters inclusive growth and sustainable employment.
