Meet Diane Mukasahaha, the owner of DIKAM Company located in the Masoro Industrial Zone. Diane runs a textile business specializing in children's clothing, as well as corporate attire for executives. With the support of PSF-SC, she has been able to scale her operations and now has the capacity to produce over 500 clothes per day. Uwantege Angel of Bahage Food!, with support from PSF-SC, transformed her farming and export business, growing fruits like avocados, passion fruits, and apple bananas, along with vegetables like chili and finger peppers. Since 2016, her company has expanded to export to countries including Dubai, the UK, and Belgium. Meet Josiane Nsanza, the CEO of Eprocomy, a company she founded in 2019. With the support of PSF and her parents, she chose the mining sector and took full responsibility for the company after their passing. Under her leadership, she introduced technology to improve operations, growing the company from 2 tons per month to at least 10 tons per month. Josiane actively encourages both women and girls to pursue careers in mining alongside men and has built a successful workforce of over 2,000 employees.She advises: “Join PSF-SC for the resources and opportunities to overcome challenges and succeed in any field.”

Meet Mutegerwaraba Agnes, a courageous woman living with a disability and the owner of Aprohade Company, an initiative dedicated to supporting People with Disabilities and others in need. Together with her three colleagues, Agnes started the business with limited resources. With the help of PSF-SC, Aprohade has grown and now has the capacity to fulfill any order or request. Agnes encourages other women and people with disabilities to overcome their fears and start their own businesses. She urges everyone to join PSF-SC to take advantage of the many opportunities available.

Meet Clementine Uwineza, a woman entrepreneur and the owner of ABC Company. She started her business with just 2,000 Rwf, initially making baskets for women. With the support of PSF-SC, Clementine gained new business ideas and expanded into producing and selling Savo cleaning products. She began by processing and selling 1 gallon (20 liters) of Savo per week, and now she is able to process 20 gallons of 20 liters each per week. Clementine appreciates the support of PSF-SC and encourages other girls and women in business to join PSF-SC to take advantage of the opportunities available and to overcome the barriers they face in their businesses.

Meet Alice Nyirasagamba, a resident of Nyamiyaga Sector in Kamonyi District and founder of Nyamiyaga Akanoze, a company that adds value to cassava produce. Starting with little knowledge and few resources, Alice almost gave up — but with determination and support from the PSF-SC, she gained the skills and encouragement needed to grow her business. Today, she not only transforms the abundant local cassava into valuable products but also creates jobs and improves the lives of citizens by buying their cassava.
