Training on E-Procurement and Tax Compliance for Women Entrepreneurs in Nyanza

On  July 27, 2025  in Nyanza, the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF SC), in partnership with GIZ, the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA), and the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), under the SD4T Programme, successfully concluded a two-day training on e-procurement and taxation for women entrepreneurs.

The second day of the training focused on equipping women entrepreneurs with practical skills in tax declaration and the use of Electronic Billing Machines (EBM) to ensure tax compliance. The overall purpose of the training was to empower women-led businesses to navigate public procurement and tax systems effectively, enhancing their compliance and competitiveness.

This initiative highlights PSF SC’s commitment to fostering women’s economic empowerment through capacity-building programs that promote inclusive growth and strengthen participation in Rwanda’s formal economy.
