From April 22 to 24, 2025, in Musanze District, the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF SC), in partnership with Pro-Femmes Twese Hamwe and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), conducted a three-day training for 52 entrepreneurs, including women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
The training focused on gender mainstreaming and Rwanda’s National Investment Policy, with the goal of promoting inclusive investment opportunities. Participants were equipped with knowledge and tools to understand how gender equity and policy alignment can improve their access to finance, markets, and support mechanisms.
This initiative reflects PSF SC’s continued commitment to fostering inclusive economic empowerment by ensuring that all entrepreneurs regardless of gender, age, or ability are well-positioned to engage in and benefit from Rwanda’s investment ecosystem
