From May 28 to 30, 2025, the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF SC), in partnership with GIZ Rwanda, hosted a Transformational Leadership Masterclass at Ubumwe Grande Hotel, Kigali. The three-day training brought together 25 women entrepreneurs, equipping them with essential leadership tools to enhance the management and growth of their businesses.
The Masterclass focused on empowering participants to lead with vision, purpose, and impact. Day 2 featured interactive sessions that encouraged the women to embrace strategic leadership, strengthen team dynamics, and develop long-term business goals.
On the final day, participants reaffirmed their commitment to leading with empathy and applying practical tools and strategies gained throughout the training. The program will be followed by online coaching and mentorship to support the real-world application of their learning and ensure lasting transformation in their leadership journeys.
