On July 10, 2025, in Musanze District, the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF SC), in collaboration with GIZ Rwanda, the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), and the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA), launched a two-day workshop for 30 women entrepreneurs.
The purpose of the workshop was to enhance women entrepreneurs’ knowledge and skills in navigating public procurement processes, particularly through the e-procurement system and the Umucyo platform. This training aims to close the gender gap in public tender participation and enable women-led businesses to access government contracts more effectively.
This initiative by the PSF Specialized Cluster demonstrates its commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs by facilitating capacity-building activities, fostering inclusive economic growth, and promoting equal opportunities in Rwanda’s public procurement landscape.
